These are the governor pressure solenoid and transducer electronics found in 1996-2007 47/48RE transmissions. 

The governor solenoid is responsible for 1-3 Gear shift operation. The transducer relays governor pressure / transmission temperature to the PCM. We replace these electronics on every rebuild and in all of our valve bodies. This is a Borg Warner upgraded solenoid that can handle 15% more pressure than factory. The HP transducer for 2000-2007 model year transmissions can handle 300PSI. The gold transducer found in 1996-1999 models is very robust and will also handle high pressure.
